Each package contains one ounce of seasoning blend in a 4.3” x 6.9” plastic pouch.
For sous vide cooking: Clean, rinse, and pat dry a portion of seafood, meat, poultry, or vegetables. Sprinkle or rub with SousVide Supreme Seasoning Blend, seal in a vacuum pouch, place in the water bath for cooking, or freeze for future use. Remove food from the water bath when ready, and allow to rest briefly before opening and discarding the vacuum pouch. Sear or sauce, if desired, and serve.
For traditional cooking: Sprinkle or rub seasoning blends on food and prepare as desired.
