We at Eades Appliance Technology are excited to announce that on June 17th Bloomingdale’s, our newest retail partner, will be introducing the SousVide Supreme and our full line of sous vide-related products and books with live in-store cooking demonstrations for their customers in seven flagship stores from Manhattan to San Francisco. If you’ve been hoping to get an up close look at the world’s finest water oven and learn about sous vide cooking, head on down to the Bloomie’s nearest you and see what the sous vide buzz is all about!

Thank You to everyone that has pre-ordered. Order data is being sent to the warehouse and units will begin shipping out next week.
For our Northern Neighbors, we have extended Canadian pre-ordering for one week. As it took a little time to get Canadian shipping rates secured, we felt it was only fair to leave the option available for a little while longer.

The Web team here at SousVide Supreme™ has launched the pre-order tool. Customers that want to get a jump start on the order process can begin placing orders. Machines will begin shipping in mid-November. We’ll keep all those who have registered online informed in the coming weeks. And those that are already pre-ordering, Congratulations. You’ll be the first to receive your machine and the first to know when they ship.

Hello from the Web Team at SousVide Supreme. We have started a blog on the site to be able to post news and interesting tidbits that we find within the ever expanding world of sous vide cooking and the launch of the SousVide Supreme water oven.
There is a lot of stuff happening and we will try to keep everyone up-to-date as best we can.
